AN ACT ALLOWING INVESTMENT COMPANIES TO WITHHOLD OR DEPOSIT ACCOUNT FUNDS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow investment companies to withhold or deposit account funds, with the permission of the account holder, for the purpose of paying taxes due to the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow investment companies to withhold or deposit account funds, with the permission of the account holder, for the purpose of paying taxes due to the state.
