AN ACT CONCERNING MANUFACTURER PERMITS FOR BEER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to remove the nine-liter limit of beer that may be sold to each person.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage economic growth in the beer industry.
