2424 AN ACT CONCERNING CAMPAIGN CONSULTANTS AND USE OF FUNDS UNDER THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any consultant for which the candidate committee of a candidate participating in the Citizens' Election Program makes payment, in the aggregate, of fifteen per cent or more of such committee's grant under said program shall register with the State Elections Enforcement Commission and file a written affidavit certifying that such consultant intends to abide by the expenditure limits under said program.
