AN ACT ESTABLISHING A THREE-PERSON PANEL TO HEAR AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to require that a three-person panel hear each affordable housing appeal.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a three-person panel to hear affordable housing appeals.
