AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF PREJUDGMENT REMEDIES IN MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ACTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 52-278b of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of prejudgment remedies in medical malpractice actions.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of prejudgment remedies in medical malpractice actions.
