AN ACT PROHIBITING GUARDIANS AD LITEM FROM FILING MOTIONS IN FAMILY RELATIONS MATTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 46b-54 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a guardian ad litem from filing any motion in a family relations matter.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a guardian ad litem from filing a motion in a family relations matter.
