AN ACT CONCERNING THE QUALIFICATIONS OF DISTRICT DIRECTORS OF HEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368f of the general statutes be amended to require that the director of health of each district department of health be familiar with the demographics and geography of such director's district.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase savings and efficiency.
