2424 AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKERS.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 20-195n of the general statutes be amended to permit the Department of Public Health to grant a license by endorsement to practice clinical social work to any person who has a bachelor's degree in human services or another relevant field and a master's degree in a specialized area of counseling or human services as it relates to the provision of services to hospital patients, residents of a skilled nursing facility or home health care agency clients.
