AN ACT CONCERNING STATE MILITARY UNIFORMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 504 of the general statutes be amended to (1) prohibit the sale of any state military uniform retained by any retired member of the state military or by the family of any such member after his or her death, and (2) require that any such uniform be returned to the Military Department in the case of any such member's death.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the transfer of state military uniforms to persons not authorized to possess such uniforms.
