AN ACT CONCERNING THE JUVENILE JUSTICE POLICY AND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of three million two hundred fifty thousand dollars be appropriated to the Office of Policy and Management, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, for the purpose of extending the contract with the University of New Haven for the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee, and that two hundred fifty thousand dollars of such sum be used for programming and that three million dollars of such sum be used for diversionary activities for juveniles.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the contract with the University of New Haven for the Juvenile Justice Policy and Oversight Committee.
