AN ACT CONCERNING OWNERS OF UTILITY POLES AND MAKE-READY APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require owners of utility poles to approve a make-ready application prior to the owner performing the make-ready work on the utility pole.
Statement of Purpose:
To require owners of utility poles to approve make-ready applications before starting work.
