	46	+	AN ACT CONCERNING REALLOCATION OF BONDS FOR TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS ON THE RAILROAD LINE BETWEEN SOUTH NORWALK AND DANBURY.

26	48		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

(Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Transportation shall evaluate the financial and operational feasibility of service improvements on the Danbury branch line of the New Haven Line, as defined in section 13b-79o of the general statutes, including, but not limited to, the provision of shuttle service on such branch line. Not later than January 1, 2018, the commissioner shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, of the commissioner's evaluation and findings to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding and transportation.
