2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That the Commissioner of Revenue Services shall consider methods, software and payment systems that will enforce and enhance the collection and remittance of sales and use taxes, including from sales conducted through the Internet, and shall implement such methods, software or payment systems the commissioner deems to be effective for such purposes.
