AN ACT REQUIRING THE GAS TAX TO BE POSTED AT GASOLINE PUMPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require information regarding the gas tax be posted at gasoline pumps. Such information shall include what percentage of the price per gallon is comprised of the gas tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To require gas tax labeling at pumps.
