2424 AN ACT CONCERNING COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that, on a finding by the State Elections Enforcement Commission that a candidate has knowingly violated any commission rule or regulation, the commission shall issue an order directing the town clerk of each municipality in which such candidate appears on the ballot to remove such candidate's name from such ballot.
