AN ACT CONCERNING THE REAL ESTATE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES COURSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require technical high schools and regional community-technical colleges to offer real estate principles and practices courses.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide students enrolled at a technical high school or a regional community-technical college with the opportunity to take real estate principles and practices courses towards becoming a licensed real estate broker.
