The division shall be responsible for the provision of educational programs beyond secondary education in aviation maintenance programs and any other program deemed necessary by the technical high school system board. Any student admitted for enrollment in an aviation maintenance program or other such program shall have a high school diploma or its equivalent, or be over twenty-one years of age. | |

Such aviation maintenance program or other such program shall be considered an educational program beyond secondary education for purposes of 34 CFR 600.9(a)(1)(i)(A), as amended from time to time. | |
