AN ACT CONCERNING THE LOWERING OF INTEREST RATES AND CONSOLIDATION OF STUDENT LOANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to permit public institutions of higher education to work with banks and lending institutions to lower interest rates and allow for the consolidation of student loans.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for lower interest rates and consolidation of student loans.
