AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS PROCEDURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to exempt from municipalities that have established an incentive housing zone for low-cost housing units from the affordable housing land use appeals procedure.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the development of affordable housing through incentive housing zones.
