AN ACT STUDYING THE MUNICIPAL FISCAL IMPACT OF GROUP HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the municipal fiscal impact to communities having more than thirty group homes.
Statement of Purpose:
To study the fiscal impact to communities with more than thirty group homes.
