AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for building more affordable housing and to help municipalities qualify for a moratorium from the affordable housing land use appeals procedure.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide incentives for building more affordable housing and to help municipalities qualify for a moratorium from the affordable housing land use appeals procedure.
