AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 46a-170 of the general statutes be amended to include the Commissioner of Education or the commissioner's designee as a member of the council.
Statement of Purpose:
To include the Department of Education on the council and in discussions on how to fight human trafficking in this state.
