AN ACT EXTENDING THE CAP ON CERTAIN PROBATE COURT FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the general statutes be amended to provide that in the case of a decedent who dies on or after January 1, 2015, and prior to July 1, 2016, the Probate Court fees shall be capped and assessed utilizing the same fee schedule that applies to a decedent dying on or after July 1, 2016.
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the cap on Probate Court fees for the estates of all decedents.
