2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 52-195 of the general statutes be amended to permit a defendant to recover reasonable attorney's fees in an amount that exceeds three hundred fifty dollars in a matter where the plaintiff recovers less than the sum specified in the defendant's offer of compromise.
