AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CRIMINAL IDENTITY THEFT REGISTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a criminal identity theft registry similar to that used in California.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a criminal identity theft registry.
