AN ACT CONCERNING STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT CASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the statute of limitations in all criminal and civil sexual assault cases.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the statute of limitations in all criminal and civil sexual assault cases.
