AN ACT EXPANDING THE LIST OF OFFENSES REQUIRING REGISTRATION AS SEXUAL OFFENDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 969 of the general statutes be amended to require persons convicted of trafficking in persons or patronizing a prostitute when such other person is under the age of eighteen to register as a sexual offender.
Statement of Purpose:
To require persons convicted of trafficking in persons or patronizing a prostitute when such other person is under the age of eighteen to register as a sexual offender.
