AN ACT INCREASING THE THRESHOLDS FOR PREVAILING WAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the thresholds at which public works projects must abide by the prevailing wage laws.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable municipalities to engage in more projects under the prevailing wage limits.
