AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL OPTION FOR A PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR MODEL HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to establish an exemption from the property tax in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars for residential dwellings used solely as model homes.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to provide a property tax exemption for model homes.
