AN ACT CONCERNING INTEREST DUE ON DELINQUENT SEWER ASSESSMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to lower the interest rate charge on delinquent sewer assessments.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to lower the interest rate charged on delinquent sewer assessments.
