AN ACT INCREASING MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE PENALTIES REGARDING ILLEGAL DUMPING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase a municipality's ability to impose penalties on persons who illegally dump items on public and private property.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase a municipal authority to impose penalties on persons who illegally dump items on public and private property.
