2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require that any unemployment compensation benefits that have been paid to an individual and are the subject of an appeal by a municipal employer be reimbursed to the municipal employer if such municipal employer prevails in the appeals process.
