AN ACT CONCERNING PROVIDER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH HEALTH CARRIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require health carriers to accept any provider payment arrangement without instituting any additional requirements for the provider to participate in other programs or networks.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health carriers to accept any provider payment arrangements.
