AN ACT REQUIRING CHILD CARE PROVIDERS TO BE VACCINATED AGAINST INFLUENZA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require child care providers to be vaccinated annually against influenza.
Statement of Purpose:
To require child care providers to be vaccinated annually against influenza.
