AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY A LIVERY PERMIT HOLDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 13b-105 of the general statutes be amended to permit livery permit holders to transport a person with physical disabilities in the prone position through the use of a stretcher van.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit livery permit holders to transport persons with physical disabilities using a stretcher van.
