AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR INTENTIONAL INJURY OR KILLING OF A POLICE DOG.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsections (d) and (e) of section 53-247 of the general statutes be amended to increase the criminal penalties for the intentional injuring or killing of a police dog.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for the intentional injuring or killing of a police dog.
