AN ACT CONCERNING MINORS IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-111e of the general statutes be amended to increase the period of suspension of the driver's license of a minor from thirty days to ninety days for possession of alcohol in violation of section 30-89 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for minors for possession of alcohol.
