AN ACT PROHIBITING NEW PROJECTS UNDER THE FIRST FIVE PLUS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-4l of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the approval of any business development projects under the first five plus program on or after July 1, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the first five plus program for future projects.
