AN ACT CONCERNING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR BUSINESSES AFFECTED BY PROLONGED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to establish a program that provides financial assistance to businesses affected by prolonged construction projects on the same parcel as such business.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide economic support to businesses impacted by development and construction in close proximity to such business.
