2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to exempt from the corporation business tax for five years any biotechnology or bioscience company that relocates from an academic business incubator facility, partnered with an accredited post-secondary educational institution located in the state, to another site located in the state.
