AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF INSTRUCTION ABOUT THE SAFE HAVENS ACT IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CURRICULUM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-16b of the general statutes be amended to include instruction relating to the Safe Havens Act, as described in section 17a-58 of the general statutes, in the high school health curriculum of the prescribed courses of study in public schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To include instruction concerning the Safe Havens Act in the health curriculum at the high school level.
