AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE RESTRICTIONS RELATING TO FUND-RAISING FOR THE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study the restrictions relating to fund-raising for the technical high school system and to make recommendations for ways in which to eliminate or reduce such restrictions.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to explore funding options for the technical high school system.
