AN ACT CONCERNING PARENTS' AND GUARDIANS' RIGHTS RELATING TO SPECIAL EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That part V of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to assure that parents and guardians of students receiving special education and related services understand their rights under the law relating to such special education and related services.
Statement of Purpose:
To assure that the parents and guardians of special education students know and understand their rights under the law relating to special education.
