AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF MEAN HOUSEHOLD INCOME IN THE EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANT FORMULA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to revise the formula used to calculate equalization aid grants to towns by replacing the median household income with the mean household income.
Statement of Purpose:
To make revisions to the education cost-sharing grant formula.
