AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A TRANSITIONAL SERVICES SYSTEM FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That part V of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to establish a system that provides transitional services for children receiving special education and related services through the age of twenty-two.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a system to bridge the transition from educational services to adult human services for students with disabilities.
