AN ACT CONCERNING A REVIEW AND REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STUDENT DATA PRIVACY ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to conduct a review of the implementation of public act 16-189 relating to student data privacy and to submit a report that addresses implementation issues in each school district.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Education to conduct a review of and submit a report on the implementation of the student data privacy act.
