AN ACT CONCERNING THE PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT (PEGPETIA).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to examine the use of the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account (PEGPETIA) and to make recommendations regarding the funding of the grant program.
Statement of Purpose:
To examine the use and make recommendations regarding the funding of the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account.
