AN ACT ELIMINATING THE OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING EXEMPTION FOR FEDERAL, STATE AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the occupational licensing exemption for federal, state and municipal employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the occupational licensing exemption for federal, state and municipal employees.
