AN ACT EXPANDING THE TYPES OF REHABILITATION PROJECTS THAT ARE CONSIDERED AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to expand the types of rehabilitation projects considered as affordable housing and permitted to be counted towards obtaining an affordable housing moratorium.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the types of rehabilitation projects that qualify for an affordable housing moratorium.
