AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN HOUSING IN THE TOWN OF STRATFORD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to permit Success Village and Stonybrook Co-op in the town of Stratford to be classified as affordable housing.

Statement of Purpose: 

To permit Success Village and Stonybrook Co-op to be classified as affordable housing to help the town of Stratford reach the ten per cent threshold.
